What’s The Big Deal About Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes?
My officemate, who basically watches YouTube from 9:00 to 5:00, comes to me with all of her big, important entertainment questions.
“What’s the big deal about Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes?”
That’s what I thought, too. So what they’re having an affair? People have affairs all the time — if they get caught by their spouses, that’s their problem.
But of course, the real problem with this particular affair is that Amy and T.J. are/were co-workers.
The problem is that people can’t mind their own goddamn business.
Distraction at the workplace
The official explanation for the demise of Amy and T.J.’s respective careers at Good Morning America is that their messy PDAs were distracting from the news (like people watch GMA for its hard-hitting journalism LOL).
The more likely truth is that (a) no one behind the scenes was getting any work done because all they could talk about was Amy and T.J., and/or (b) people on-set starting complaining to management because they were jealous.
