I agree with all of that, but I have a problem. I used a county program. If I don't produce a receipt for $5000 or above, I don't get the 2.75% interest rate on the loan. So I am, in so many words, fucked. I've only paid them half and we have time to dicker. It's just making me insane. More insane, I mean.
