How is it any different than when women are called “honey” or “sweetheart” or whatever by a male (pig) customer. We are expected to suck it up and just ignore it because customer service. It’s not killing you to be misgendered and it’s never killed me to be called “sweetheart”. Do your job or don’t work there.
