Go to this article on Medium and download the icon link they have about halfway down. Then go to your coffee dashboard, copy your personal account link, go back to the icon you downloaded and pasted at the end of your piece, hit control + k, and it will paste your personal coffee link. Save the button somewhere (everywhere) and then you can paste it to all your stuff (still have to always control + k).
