Dude, there is no "crew". I get home, it's two chubby Mexican guys with shovels. I shit you not. I go, "Done one more day?" He says, "Three, four?" I say, "Holy crap." But they do amazing work with just fucking shovels. I feel horrible, they're probably getting paid jack shit.
