Happy Friday and welcome to my podcast, You’re The Problem. I’m your host, Aurellia Mukus. Some people on Facebook still call me Tammy and I’m working on blocking them all, so please be patient.

A big thank you to our sponsor, Purple©. Purple©, when only a queen-sized slab of petroleum by-products will do.

You know, I think a lot about their motto: “You’ll get used to the smell.” It really applies to so many situations.

Okay, so today we’re going to run through some scenarios where you could use the principles of self-help to turn things around and bring big change to your life. I really like to use concrete examples whenever possible. And remember, always look in the mirror afterwards because you’re the problem.

Scenario Number 1: You’re being mauled by a tiger.

First you have to ask yourself what the tiger represents. Is it a 500-pound feline trying to rip out your spleen, or is it your failure to advocate for your ideas in team meetings?

Are you afraid of the tiger, or are you afraid of your inner goddess power and the tiger?
